Brooks Newborn Session

Who doesn’t have a soft spot for a smiling baby? When Brooks came in for his session, mom and dad told me he was a smiley little dude.  They weren’t lying!  When we started the session, it seemed like every time I put my camera down, he’d flash his little smile.  I was missing all the great shots!  But I was super patient and waited it out and eventually, I caught one.  In fact, I caught THE ONE.  Probably the biggest newborn smile I have ever caught on camera! And the really cool part is that now his family has this image printed and hanging on their wall.

I love being able to capture these special moments.  The little details with his tongue slightly poking outside of his mouth, his round little cheeks, his fuzzy head of naturally highlighted hair that women pay hundreds of dollars for in the salon … and of course, the tiny little curly dude that fits so perfectly in his momma’s arms. It really doesn’t get much better than this.
