I have made the insane decision to start my sourdough journey and to do that, I need to successfully create my very first starter. I mean, I don’t NEED TO, I could buy one… but I WANT TO because I’m a little crazy like that. 😂 There is SO MUCH info on the internet and they all say different things so I might try two different methods and see which one ‘takes’.
